fill in the blank
About

Fill in the Blank. Dallas, Texas. Small on purpose.

We have built and run client sites since 2009. Greg Petersen, who founded the shop, came from NBC, Sabre, and First Command. A Regional Emmy in 2004. Work for IBM, HP, and NBC.

Seventeen years in, the people who answer your email are the people who write the code. That is not a limitation we are apologizing for, it is the reason clients stay. When you send us a note about a broken checkout, you are not opening a ticket for someone to triage. You are talking to the people who built the checkout.

Agencies have to fill seats. That means account managers, project managers, a junior doing the actual work, and a markup on all of it. We skipped that. The overhead you are not paying for is the reason our number tends to land at a fraction of an agency quote for the same build.

Right now we keep 25 client properties online. Sites, stores, platforms, and the servers under them. Some we built last year, some we have been running for over a decade.

How we work

We quote in writing, usually three options. We do not run discovery calls to qualify you. We do not send a proposal deck. If what you need is not something we should build, we will say that in the first reply.

Projects ship in phases that go into real use. Nothing sits in staging for six months. After launch, the site or platform goes on a plan and we keep running it.
